Louise is the founder of Boo's Baking Company and is excited with lots of upcoming projects in the next few months.


Louise's love for cakes and decorating came from such an early age growing up with helping her nan in the kitchen with all the baking for the rest of the family.


With such passion and dedication Louise went on to refine her trade by completing 3 successful years at London's Westminster Kingsway Catering College in Victoria's Vincent Square, and being rewarded Pastry Chef of her Year.  


Whilst studying professional cookery Louise undertook lots of incredible work experience, working at Coutt's Bank, The Royal Opera House, Lancaster London, Le Gavroche and The Grove.


With a diploma under her belt and with lots of experience Louise went on to work in a range of top establishment in London's hospitality scene. 2 Rosette Le Pont de Le Tour, Circus, 5* hotel The Westbury and 5* The Royal Horseguards Hotel to name a few.


Throughout her career Louise made lots of cakes for various clients and corporate events and wanted to fullfill her lifetime dream of creating cakes full time and set up Boo's Baking Company.
